1. Product introduction
VDB1506 is a Bluetooth positioning tag used on safety helmets. It is an ibeacon Bluetooth beacon. The main control chip adopts Nordic nRF52832, which can realize low-power standby and broadcast information transmission.
(1) The helmet positioning tag has a built-in acceleration sensor, which can intelligently switch the positioning frequency of personnel in motion and stationary, so as to achieve a standby with lower power consumption.
(2) SOS alarms for help. The top of the helmet label is equipped with an SOS button. The label has an SOS button for help, which can notify the background guardian in time; and the label has a built-in vibration sensor that can remind the wearer when an alarm is triggered or a message is sent.
(3) Charging. The label uses a magnetic charging interface, and the magnetic charging cable can be connected to the USB power supply to charge normally;
(4) Standby. Built-in 1000mAh high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery, which can achieve a standby time of more than 8 days.
(5) IP66 waterproof. The label shell uses a simple design and adopts ultrasonic pressing technology to achieve an IP66 waterproof design.
(6) VDB1506 is equipped with a white buckle, the buckle and VDB1506 body can be fastened just right, and the buckle is convenient for personnel to wear.
2. Bluetooth positioning system
The Bluetooth positioning beacon VDB1506 is used in the Bluetooth positioning system. It uses the active and passive integrated Bluetooth 5.0 positioning scheme principle. It uses our ibeacon beacon VG05 to scan + forward the broadcast information and RSSI value of the helmet Bluetooth tag, and then use Bluetooth The gateway VDB2601 collects the information of the helmet positioning tag VDB1506, and reports it to the back-end server via WiFi/Ethernet. The back-end server runs the Bluetooth positioning engine to analyze the RSSI value of the helmet location tag to achieve positioning.
The Bluetooth positioning solution can achieve a positioning accuracy of 3~5m, and can also be used to detect the presence of personnel and objects. It is recommended for personnel positioning management in safety monitoring occasions such as construction sites, factories, and mines.
